The Details: Our Store Policies
We believe in transparency. Here’s what to expect when you partner with us.
Artwork: Our free setup includes placing your print-ready artwork (a high-resolution file) on your chosen products. If you need logo cleanup, vector recreation, or a new design, a one-time art fee may apply.
Returns & Sizing: Because every item is custom-printed to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes. We will include detailed sizing charts on every product page to help everyone order with confidence.
Fulfillment: Pop-Up & Partner Stores: To give you the best pricing, all orders are printed as a batch after the store's closing date. Orders will ship directly to purchasers 10-14 business days after the store closes. Evergreen Stores: Orders are printed on demand as they come in and will ship directly to the purchaser within 5-7 business days.
Substitutions: The apparel industry can have supply chain challenges. We reserve the right to substitute any item with a comparable brand, style, and color of equal or greater value to ensure your order is fulfilled.
